ECIs Poster Presentations Format
- You are required to print your poster in the A0 format (841 mm x 1189 mm high) – Portrait
- You need to upload your poster as .pdf in the virtual platform for virtual participants. Procedure sent by e-mail.
The deadline tu upload your poster .pdf is Friday, September 15th. Extended for Friday, September 22nd.
Materials to help you hang your poster will be available at the congress welcome desk. Your poster number will be provided on the display board.

ECIs selected to present a Podium and flashtalk should bring a poster as well.
Poster sessions
- All poster presenters are requested to put up their poster(s) on Monday, October 2nd after registration (ideally before 15h00).
- Posters will be displayed all day on Tuesday October 3rd and on Wednesday October 4th in the same area where we will have breaks and lunches.

- Presenters will be asked to be present by their poster during the breaks:
Monday October 2nd:
17h30 and 18h30: networking opportunity break
Tuesday October 3rd:
10h35 and 11h00: morning coffee break
13h45 and 15h00: lunch break
16h45 and 17h15: afternoon coffee break
Wednesday October 4th:
10h30 and 11h00: morning coffee break
12h20 and 14h30: lunch break
Presenters are invited to take down their poster(s) at the end of the congress (on Thursday, October 4th, no later than 15h30).
Any remaining posters will be destroyed.
