Thank you for taking the time to nominate a colleague, or nominate yourself, for a leadership position with the Global Genomic Medicine Consortium (G2MC) – specifically as a member of the Executive Committee.

The G2MC Executive Committee will direct the administrative activities of the G2MC including financial oversight of the program budget. They will approve selection of functional group leaders, approve implementation projects proposed by functional groups and membership, and provide assignments to the functional groups and Steering Committee. They will propose strategic partnerships/collaborations for approval by the BoD. They will participate in EC and SC meetings, setting agendas as needed. The EC will select and approve location and planning activities for G2MC International Conferences. They will resolve conflicts and disputes that arise within the program independently under the terms of the conflict resolution policy.

The G2MC is dedicated to ensuring our leadership teams are built on the continuity and of participation by qualified and globally represented members and we are very appreciative of the careful consideration that you have put into this recommendation.
