The in-person registration fee includes:

  • Admission to the scientific sessions
  • Access to the virtual platform (abstracts and posters)
  • Access to all replays (recordings of the sessions, available 7 days after the congress for a period of 6 months)
  • Welcome Cocktail on Monday October 2nd, 2023
  • Gala/networking dinner on Tuesday October 3rd, 2023
  • Coffee breaks & lunches

The Online registration fee includes:

  • Access to the virtual platform: online program, abstracts, posters, virtual exhibition, networking with virtual attendees
  • Live plenary sessions and Q&A (not the breakout sessions)
  • Access to all replays (recordings of the sessions, available 7 days after the congress for a period of 6 months)

Please be aware that you will be allowed to change your registration type (from onsite to online or from online to onsite anytime).

If you change your registration type from in-person to online, the price difference will be reimbursed.
If you change your registration type from online to in-person, the price difference will have to be paid.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Registration type
  • Students are requested to upload their Student ID or letter from their professor attesting their status.
  • LMIC please refer to the Official List from the World Bank.
Payment Method

Registrations will not be confirmed without full payment (credit card or bank transfer).

Please note that the payment receipt will be issued according to the information provided by you on your registration form. A fee of 25,00 CHF will be charged for the re-issue of invoices.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be directly communicated by email to g2mc2023@symporg.ch. The refund of paid registration fee will be as follows:

  • Cancellations received until July 30th, 2023 – Full refund (less CHF 50.00 administrative fees)
  • From August 1st, 2023 – No refund
Cancellation due to pandemic

Due to the uncertainties of the pandemic, the G2MC2023 organization may decide to postpone or cancel the meeting. We will contact you in due course to discuss the arrangements. We reserve the right to determine the refund policy with the fee already paid at a later time, depending on the development of the pandemic. For any concerns regarding this topic, please contact us.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates will be sent after the meeting to all participants who have attended the meeting.
